Q & A
Why did you choose your profession?
My father owned a Gift and Collectibles wholesale rep organization, Fields & Shields, while I was growing up. I worked many summers and vacations doing gift and collectible shows. That is where my talents were recognized, and I was recruited out of high school to work at GANZ.
Who are your main influences?
My parents, my older brother, and history. I am a visual learner and primarily self-taught. I learn from other successes and challenges.
What is your greatest accomplishment?
My daughter and son. They immolate me in many ways (which is the greatest compliment a parent can receive). They both have their challenges, and both strive to overachieve. My most significant accomplishments in the workplace are the teams and systems I have implemented. They drive efficiency and continued growth.

SalesForce, ADP Total Source, MindTickle, ADOBE Creative Platform, O365, Slack, Canva, WordPress, WIX, and many more.
What advice would you give someone just starting in your profession?
Observe, strategize, and Implement your plan. Allow your plan to grow and be somewhat liquid until you find a solid state.
